Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using XtraPush Space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
3. Credits & billing
The Service runs on a credit system. Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allowance; one-time packs add credits to your balance. Credits are consumed when you generate or run AI edits. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. See our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, sexual content involving minors, that depicts real people without consent in a misleading way, that facilitates fraud, malware, harassment, or that violates the policies of our model providers. We may refuse, filter, or remove prompts and outputs that breach these rules and may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
5. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law and our providers’ terms, the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law and third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to operate the Service (e.g. your library).
6. Third-party providers
The Service uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers (including fal.ai, Anthropic, Supabase and Stripe) to deliver features. Your use may also be subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose; verify before relying on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtraPush Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
