Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are consumable digital goods. Unused credits remain on your balance while your account is active. Because credits are used to call paid AI providers on your behalf, consumed credits are non-refundable.
Failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are refunded to your balance automatically — you are never charged for output you did not receive.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine error promptly.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights (for example, under UK/EU consumer law). Where you have a statutory right to a refund, we will honour it.
